2006 CABERNET SAUVIGNON MERLOT

This classic blend has been produced from fruit grown in our picturesque Ferguson Valley Vineyard of the Geographe Region. Rich aromas of blackcurrant and raspberry all contribute to its immediate appeal. This is followed by the satisfying flavours of mulberries and cherries. All of this is balanced with fine grain tannins and a soft acid finish that give balance and drinkability.

2007 ROSÉ

This fine Rose` has been carefully crafted by crushing both the red grapes of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon and allowing skin contact to extract its exuberant colour. This process extracts lots of fresh berry flavours that make both the aromas and palate refreshingly juicy. The rest of the winemaking is as for a white wine with cold settling of the juices, cold fermentation and careful handling of the wine to again retain fresh fruit flavours.

The resultant wine shows abundant aromas of raspberry, strawberries and cherries. It is superbly balanced with gentle acidity, resulting in long flavours and a crisp finish.

2007 SAUVIGNON BLANC SEMILLON

This blend has been produced from fruit grown in our picturesque Ferguson Valley vineyard of the Geographe region. Lifted aromas of passionfruit and peach show the distinctive varietal style from this region. This is followed by rich flavours of pineapple and citrus which are enhanced by a well balanced finish. A wine to compliment most foods.

2006 SHIRAZ

This Shiraz has been produced from vines grown in our picturesque Ferguson Valley Vineyard of the Geographe Region. Deep purple colour gives rise to a wine full of aromas and flavours of allspice, plum and mocha chocolate. Subtle use of oak maturation has given the palate structure and soft tannins which balances the fruit components perfectly. A wine to enjoy now or it will age for 3-5 years with careful cellaring.

2007 CHARDONNAY

This is the third vintage of this popular unwooded style from fruit grown in our picturesque Ferguson Valley vineyard of the Geographe region. Lifted peach and passionfruit aromas of this modern wine style are followed by the full flavours of pineapple and citrus. Gentle acidity maintains palate balance and a crisp finish.
