2007 Family Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
After much fanfare, the 2007 Vintage arrived with quite a rush. A superb growing season in Pemberton meant that the resultant fruit achieved optimum flavours very easily. Thus, this wine shows hints of passionfruit and guava aromas followed by a soft and supple palate of kiwi fruits, pineapple and rockmelon that has extraordinary mouth feel and balance. A wine that shows immediate drinkability with or without food.

2006 Family Reserve Tempranillo
This wine is made from the Spanish variety, Tempranillo which is the grape of Rioja, Ribera del Douro, and it is also widely planted throughout Portugal. It is our belief that it is well suited to the Geographe region, with its maritime climate and elevated vineyards.
The wine shows a deep purple colour ruby colour, with aromas of raspberries, vanilla bean and allspice. This is followed with a soft, elegant medium bodied palate that exudes flavours of cherry and blood plums. Soft, fine - grained tannins give added length and weight. It's wine to enjoy whilst young and fresh but will reward careful cellaring.

2006 Family Reserve Semillon
This is the fifth blend of our Family Reserve Semillon. The grapes were lovingly grown on our vineyard in the picturesque Ferguson Valley, and only fruit with a strong flavour profile was harvested for this wine.
The aromas feature white peach, grapefruits and freshly cut grass, whilst the flavours are reminiscent of lemon grass, limes and a hint of passionfruit. On the palate, there are barrel-fermented characters which complement the strong fruit flavours. Tight acidity serves to give the palate focus and length, and makes this wine ideal with a just about any food.

2006 Family Reserve Shiraz Viognier
This is the third release of our Reserve Shiraz Viognier which contains fruit that was harvested from selected parts of the vineyard that exhibited exceptional intensity of flavour. The resultant wine was matured in new, 1 and 2 year old French oak where it has developed great complexity and strength. At vintage, this wine was co fermented with a small amount of Viognier to increase mouthfeel and texture and to give instant aromatic appeal. The wine shows a great depth of colour and strong aromas of mocha chocolate, apricots and star anise. The Viognier adds a floral lift which is instantly attractive. The palate is concentrated and full with generous soft tannins, elegant characters of blood plums and liquorice and a long finish. It is a wine that has been crafted to cellar carefully over 8-10 years to reward the patient with a full soft complex wine.
