Using your Member Dashboard

  • Login at top right hand of website (or via a login link in any of our emails).
  • Enter your username & Password, (if it is the first time you have logged into our new system you will need to reset the password to something you can remember)
  • Once logged in your name will appear at the top, click on the drop down arrow to bring up the menu. Go to Dashboard.
  • Click on the section you need to update via the images or the left hand menu, details below of each section. 

​Dashboard: Home page of Club Area ha sllinks to all sections.

Club Shipments Info: Contains all info on upcoming shipments and dates for the full years despatch schedule.

Edit Profile: Update details such as your address, delivery address, phone numbers, email addresses.

Credit cards: Update or delete credit card details here, once the card is entered it is encrypted for safe storage. This will be charged at each despatch.

Address Book: Add any additional addresses for deliveries eg business addresses.

Update Wine Club Selection: Edit your standing order wine selection here, click on edit club, update this before each delivery if you would like to make changes otherwise leave it the same to receive the same each order. Once you click Edit Club please scroll down and you will see the list of wines with bottle qty dropdowns.

Make sure you check this section upon your first login. (Make sure your main credit card is selected at the bottom if you have more than one card held on file)
** Shoud your selection contain a sold out wine you will need to choose another wine instead or contact us to arrange to wait for the new vintage to be available**

Order Extra Wine: Place an order here for extra wine in between deliveries.

Museum Wines: Purchase currently available museum wines (exclusive to Club Members only)

Change Shipment Date: Going away or need to send your order earlier fill out this section to notify us.

Skip Delivery: Skip your shipment/shipments.

Cancel Club: Need to cancel your membership, fill in the form (we will be sad to see you go)

Order History: View past orders and re order on of these (will go through as an extra order) you can also place extra orders direct from the website shopping cart after logging in in proceed to here.

Referrals: Upon signup of your friend, 1000 loyalty points will be added to your account

Allocations: Only available to Puncheon Members, have a favourite vintage? We can reserve up to 2 cases for your shipments.

Club Member Events: Calander of Club Member Nights and Winery Events.
