Louisa Netts
Louisa joined Willow Bridge Estate after relocating to the region in late 2025, bringing a broad, people-focused background.
Having worked across healthcare, cinema management, contract administration, and a range of community-based roles, she offers a thoughtful blend of organisation, care, and creativity to the cellar door.
Her early career in healthcare strengthened her commitment to safety, well-being, and providing genuine support—values that continue to inform her work today. Louisa is naturally at home in multifaceted roles and has a strong ability to understand how the different parts of a business connect, contributing to a seamless, positive customer experience.
Although new to the wine industry, Louisa brings a genuine enthusiasm for learning. She enjoys exploring food and wine pairings, combining regional dishes with matched wines for shared dining experiences.
