Description
Cool scented fruits, blackberry and musk florals, lifted and vibrant. Striking balance of concentrated blueberry fruit, cassis and dark plum, yet restrained and elegant with polish and finess. Estate grown fruit, handled fastidiously, matured painstakingly. Crushed cool to static fermenters for eight days, peak temp 28 degrees Celsius. 100% barrel matured in new (25%) and older French hogsheads.
