Description
Fresh lifted forest berries and black satsuma plums with gentle vanilla and spice in the background. Soft textured palate, medium bodied and mouth filling with crushed blackberry, dark red plums, and gentle rolling tannins. Whilst we have had Shiraz planted since 1997, Grenache and Mataro have been recent and exciting additions grafted in 2015. For the two cultivars, we selected sites on the vineyard that maximise heat exposure giving the best opportunity to ripen and express a full array of flavours.
